Second Innings Subscription and Billing Terms
Second Innings, Inc.
Last updated November 1, 2026
KEY TERMS - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY
- SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. IF YOU BUY A SUBSCRIPTION OR A RECURRING ADD-ON, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD, FOR A PERIOD OF THE SAME LENGTH, AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE (PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES) UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
- FREE TRIALS AND INTRODUCTORY OFFERS CONVERT TO PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE A FREE TRIAL OR INTRODUCTORY PERIOD ENDS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE REGULAR PRICE FOR EACH RENEWAL PERIOD UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
- HOW TO CANCEL. You can cancel online at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, without contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. See Section 5.
- DELETING THE APP, DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT, OR TAKING A BREAK DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. You must cancel in your store account.
- REFUNDS FOR STORE PURCHASES ARE HANDLED BY APPLE OR GOOGLE. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google. Except where required by law or stated in these Billing Terms, all purchases are final. See Section 12.
- YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION RIGHTS depending on where you live, including a 3-business-day right to cancel in certain US states and a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU, EEA, and UK. See Section 16.
1. ABOUT THESE BILLING TERMS
1.1 Part of the Terms. These Subscription and Billing Terms (these "Billing Terms") apply to every purchase you make for the Services. They are part of the Second Innings Terms of Service (the "Terms") and the Agreement described in Section 1.3 of the Terms, and they expand on Sections 15 through 17 of the Terms. Capitalized terms that are not defined here, such as "Services," "Agreement," "Paid Features," "AI Features," and "member," have the meanings given in the Terms.
1.2 Conflicts. If these Billing Terms conflict with the Terms on a billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund topic, these Billing Terms control for that topic. Any offer-specific terms shown to you at the point of purchase are Additional Terms under Section 1.4 of the Terms.
1.3 Dispute resolution. Section 25 of the Terms (Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) and Section 26 of the Terms (Governing Law and Venue) apply to any dispute about a purchase, subject to Sections 26.3 and 27 of the Terms and any mandatory law of your place of residence.
2. PAID FEATURES WE OFFER
2.1 Types of Paid Features. We may offer Paid Features such as:
(a) subscriptions, which may be offered in different tiers, durations (for example, monthly or multi-month), and price points, and which unlock a set of features for as long as the subscription is active;
(b) add-ons, which may be offered either as recurring subscriptions or as one-time purchases, and which may include AI Features, astrology and compatibility features, visibility features (such as boosts), and features that show you who has liked or viewed you;
(c) one-time purchases and consumables, such as packs of views, boosts, or other single-use items; and
(d) credits and other virtual items, whether purchased, earned, or granted to you as a promotion.
2.2 What is included. The features, quotas, and benefits included in each Paid Feature are described at the point of purchase and may vary by location, platform, time, and offer. Usage limits apply across all plans, including paid plans, to protect the Services and prevent abuse of features. A Paid Feature does not guarantee any result, such as matches, likes, views, messages, or a relationship (see Section 4.2 of the Terms).
2.3 Changes to Paid Features. As described in Section 4.5 of the Terms, we may add, change, limit, replace, or remove features, including features included in a Paid Feature. If a change materially reduces a Paid Feature you have already paid for during your current billing period, you may cancel as described in Section 5, and you will receive any remedy that applicable law requires.
2.4 Advertising. Free experiences of the Services may display advertising. Some paid plans may reduce or remove advertising, as described at the point of purchase.
3. WHERE AND HOW YOU PAY
3.1 App store purchases. Paid Features are currently sold through in-app purchase in the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you buy through a store, the store (not Second Innings) is the merchant that charges your payment method, and the store's terms and policies apply to the payment, billing, renewal processing, and refunds, in addition to these Billing Terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
3.2 Your store account. You are responsible for keeping your store account and payment information current. If your payment method fails, the store may retry the charge and may offer a billing grace period. We may continue or suspend access to Paid Features during a store retry or grace period, consistent with the store's status for your purchase.
3.3 Other payment methods. If we offer another way to pay in the future, any additional terms will be shown to you before you buy.
3.4 Promotional, introductory, and offer codes. We or the stores may offer promotional prices, offer codes, promo codes, or free entitlements. Each offer is subject to the eligibility rules and terms shown with it, may be limited to one use per person, account, device, or store account, may not be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and may be refused or revoked in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the Agreement. Section 16 of the Terms also applies.
4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
4.1 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS. UNLESS THE OFFER STATES OTHERWISE, EVERY SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING ADD-ON IS AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OFFER. THIS MEANS:
(a) YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT;
(b) AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD, IT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS FOR ANOTHER PERIOD OF THE SAME LENGTH AS THE ONE YOU CHOSE (FOR EXAMPLE, ONE MONTH, OR THE NUMBER OF MONTHS SHOWN AT PURCHASE);
(c) THE STORE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD THE RECURRING PRICE SHOWN AT PURCHASE, OR ANY NEW PRICE OF WHICH YOU WERE NOTIFIED UNDER SECTION 8, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, FOR EACH RENEWAL PERIOD;
(d) THE STORE MAY CHARGE YOU UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT PERIOD; AND
(e) THERE IS NO MINIMUM PURCHASE OBLIGATION BEYOND THE PERIOD YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR, AND YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5.
4.2 Renewal date. The app may show your next renewal date in your subscription details. Your store account also shows your renewal date and lets you turn off automatic renewal.
5. HOW TO CANCEL
5.1 Cancel in your store account. Because Apple and Google process your payments and renewals, the way to stop future charges is to turn off automatic renewal in your store account. You can do this online at any time, without calling or writing to us:
- Apple (iPhone or iPad): open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Second Innings, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions at the App Store.
- Google Play (Android): open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select Second Innings, and tap Cancel subscription.
The subscription management option in the app opens these store pages for you. Store menus may change from time to time; the store's help pages have the current steps.
5.2 Timing. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you cancel later than that, the renewal may already have been processed, and the cancellation will apply to the following period.
5.3 Effect of cancellation. When you cancel, automatic renewal stops and you keep access to the Paid Feature until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except as required by law or stated in Section 16, canceling does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the remaining part of the current period.
5.4 Notice to us. You may also tell us that you want to cancel by contacting us as described in Section 17. We will treat your notice as a cancellation request for purposes of any cancellation right you have under applicable law and help you complete it. However, because we do not control store billing, the store may continue to renew your subscription until automatic renewal is turned off in your store account. To be sure you are not charged again, cancel in your store account as well.
5.5 What does not cancel a subscription. DELETING THE APP, DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT, LOGGING OUT, TAKING A BREAK (PAUSING YOUR ACCOUNT), OR HAVING YOUR PROFILE HIDDEN OR UNDER REVIEW DOES NOT CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION OR STOP STORE RENEWALS. See Section 14.
6. FREE TRIALS AND INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
6.1 FREE TRIALS. IF YOU START A FREE TRIAL OF AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL START AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE TRIAL ENDS AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED THE REGULAR PRICE SHOWN AT SIGN-UP FOR EACH RENEWAL PERIOD UNTIL YOU CANCEL. TO AVOID BEING CHARGED, CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDS.
6.2 INTRODUCTORY PRICES. IF YOU BUY A SUBSCRIPTION AT AN INTRODUCTORY OR DISCOUNTED PRICE, THE INTRODUCTORY PRICE APPLIES ONLY FOR THE INTRODUCTORY PERIOD SHOWN AT PURCHASE. AFTER THAT, THE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AT THE REGULAR PRICE SHOWN AT PURCHASE UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
6.3 Eligibility. Free trials and introductory offers are generally available once per person and may be further limited by us or by the store (for example, to new subscribers or to one offer per store account). We may decline or end a trial or offer in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the Agreement.
6.4 Canceling during a trial. Depending on the store, canceling during a free trial may end your access to the trial immediately or at the end of the trial period.
7. PRICES, TAXES, AND CURRENCY
7.1 Prices. The price of each Paid Feature is shown in the store purchase screen before you confirm. Prices may differ by country, region, platform, store, time, and offer, and different members may see different prices or offers for the same Paid Feature.
7.2 Currency. Prices may be shown and charged in your local currency as set by the store for your store account's country or region. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
7.3 Taxes. Prices may or may not include sales tax, value added tax, goods and services tax, or similar taxes, as shown by the store. The store may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases other than taxes on our income, as stated in Section 15.4 of the Terms.
8. PRICE CHANGES
8.1 We may change prices. We may change the price of any Paid Feature at any time, including the renewal price of an existing subscription.
8.2 Notice to existing subscribers. If we increase the renewal price of your existing automatically renewing subscription, we or the store will notify you in advance as required by applicable law and by store rules, by email, push notification, in-app message, or store notice. The new price will apply starting with the first renewal after the notice period. Where applicable law or store rules require your consent to a price increase, your subscription will not renew at the higher price unless you give that consent.
8.3 Your choice. If you do not want to pay a new price, cancel before it takes effect as described in Section 5. A price change does not affect the price of a period you have already paid for.
9. UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES, AND PLAN CHANGES
If you change between subscription tiers or durations, the change is processed by the store under its rules. Depending on the store and the change, an upgrade may take effect immediately with any proration the store applies, and a downgrade may take effect at the start of your next billing period, after which the new plan renews at its own price until you cancel.
10. ADD-ONS AND ONE-TIME PURCHASES
10.1 Recurring add-ons. Add-ons sold as recurring subscriptions are automatic renewal offers. Sections 4 through 9 apply to them in the same way as to subscriptions, and they must be canceled separately in your store account.
10.2 One-time purchases and consumables. One-time purchases and consumable items are delivered when the purchase is completed and may be used, activated, or consumed immediately or over a stated period. Except where required by law, they are non-refundable once delivered, including if you do not use them.
10.3 Time-limited features. Some features, such as boosts, run for a stated period after activation. The period may continue to run whether or not you are active in the app. While your profile is hidden (for example, during Taking a Break or while your profile is under review), other members may not see your profile, so visibility features may not provide visibility during that time. Please consider this before buying or activating a visibility feature.
11. CREDITS AND VIRTUAL ITEMS
11.1 License only. Credits, boosts, likes, views, and other virtual items, whether purchased, earned, or granted, are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use a feature within the Services, as stated in Section 15.3 of the Terms.
11.2 No cash value. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CREDITS HAVE NO CASH OR MONETARY VALUE, are not property, stored value, electronic money, or a deposit, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the Services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11.3 Expiration and changes. Virtual items and credits may expire as stated when they are granted or purchased. Promotional credits are provided without payment and may be modified, limited, or revoked at any time. We may revoke any virtual item or credit obtained or used through fraud, abuse, error, or violation of the Agreement.
11.4 Account closure. Except where required by law, unused virtual items and credits are forfeited when your account is closed, deleted, or terminated.
12. REFUNDS
12.1 Purchases are final. EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE BILLING TERMS, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, INCLUDING FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS, UNUSED FEATURES, UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS, AND PERIODS DURING WHICH YOUR PROFILE WAS HIDDEN, PAUSED, OR UNDER REVIEW.
12.2 Store purchases. Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies, and we cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves. To request a refund:
- Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, or follow Apple's instructions for requesting a refund.
- Google Play: follow Google Play's refund instructions in the Google Play Store or at support.google.com/googleplay.
The store decides whether to grant a refund. If you have a refund right under applicable law (for example, under Section 16), tell the store that you are exercising that right.
12.3 Legal refund rights. If applicable law entitles you to a refund for a store purchase and the store does not provide it, contact us as described in Section 17, with your purchase details and the store's response, and we will work with you and the store to provide the remedy that applicable law requires.
12.4 Effect of a refund. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related Paid Feature, virtual items, and credits may be removed from your account immediately.
12.5 Suspension or termination. If we suspend or terminate your account for violating the Agreement, you are not entitled to any refund, and you forfeit any unused Paid Features. If we terminate your account solely for our convenience and not because of any violation, you will receive any refund that applicable law requires, as stated in Section 21.3 of the Terms.
13. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
13.1 Disputes and chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank, card issuer, or store, or a charge is reversed, we may suspend or remove the related Paid Features, and may suspend your account, while the dispute is resolved.
13.2 Abuse. If we reasonably determine that a refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback was made in bad faith or is fraudulent, or that you are abusing refund processes, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future purchases, in addition to any other remedy available to us.
13.3 Your rights. Nothing in this Section limits any right you have under applicable law to dispute a charge.
14. YOUR ACCOUNT STATUS AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
14.1 Taking a Break. TAKING A BREAK (PAUSING YOUR ACCOUNT) DOES NOT CANCEL OR PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND DOES NOT STOP STORE RENEWALS. While your account is paused, your subscription continues and will renew automatically unless you cancel it in your store account. Pausing does not entitle you to a refund or credit. If you are a New York resident, you also have the hold right described in Section 16.2.
14.2 Account deletion. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. Cancel any active subscriptions and recurring add-ons in your store account before you delete your account. As described in Section 21.1 of the Terms, deletion may include a grace period (currently 14 days) during which you can cancel the deletion by signing in again. We keep records of purchases after an account is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy, for purposes such as tax, accounting, store disputes, and legal compliance.
14.3 Profile review. New and edited profiles may be reviewed before they are shown to other members (see Section 6.4 of the Terms and our Community Guidelines). While your profile is under review, you can still use and buy features, but other members will not see your profile until it is approved. A review, or a decision to limit your visibility for safety or moderation reasons, does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
14.4 Suspension or termination. If your account is suspended or terminated, Section 12.5 applies. Your store subscription may continue to renew until you cancel it in your store account, even if you cannot access the Services.
14.5 Purchases while ineligible. We may refuse, limit, or reverse access to Paid Features for any account that is ineligible under Section 2 of the Terms or is being used in violation of the Agreement.
15. CONFIRMATIONS, RECEIPTS, AND RENEWAL NOTICES
15.1 Confirmations. After you buy, the store sends a receipt or confirmation to the email address associated with your store account. We may also send purchase, cancellation, expiration, and plan-change confirmations by email, push notification, or in-app message.
15.2 Reminders. Where required by applicable law, we or the store will send you notices about your automatically renewing subscription, such as a reminder before a free trial or promotional period ends, a periodic reminder of your subscription and how to cancel, and advance notice of a price increase or other material change to the automatic renewal terms. Where the law allows, these notices may be sent electronically.
15.3 Keep your contact details current. Notices are sent to the contact details associated with your store account or your Second Innings account. Please keep them up to date.
16. STATE AND COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
The rights in this Section are in addition to the rest of these Billing Terms. If you have a right under this Section, the general "purchases are final" language in Section 12.1 does not limit it. If you bought through Apple or Google, see Sections 5 and 12 for how cancellations and refunds are processed by the store, and Section 17 for how to send notice to us.
16.1 California
(a) Automatic renewal disclosures. The automatic renewal offer terms in Sections 4 and 6, the cancellation policy and instructions in Section 5, and the price change terms in Section 8 are provided to meet the requirements of the California Automatic Renewal Law (California Business and Professions Code Section 17600 and following) and similar laws in other states. The recurring price, the length of the billing period, and any trial or introductory terms for your specific purchase are shown in the purchase screen before you confirm.
(b) Online cancellation. You can cancel an automatically renewing subscription online, at any time, through your store account as described in Section 5.1, without calling us, and through the same medium you used to subscribe.
(c) Acknowledgment and notices. After you subscribe, you will receive an acknowledgment from us or the store that includes the automatic renewal terms, cancellation policy, and how to cancel, in a form you can keep. Where California law requires, we or the store will also send you the reminders and advance notices described in Section 15.2.
(d) Right to cancel. California residents also have the rights described in Section 16.3.
(e) Complaints. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
16.2 New York
(a) YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL. IF YOU ARE A NEW YORK RESIDENT, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE ON WHICH YOU SUBSCRIBED (THE "CANCELLATION PERIOD"). IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT SUBSCRIPTION.
(b) How to cancel during the Cancellation Period. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel in your store account (Section 5.1) and request your refund from the store (Section 12.2), telling the store that you are exercising your New York right to cancel. You may also send us a written notice by mail or email, as described in Section 17, stating that you are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect, and including your name and the email address, phone number, or other unique identifier you used to create your account. Your notice is effective when sent before the end of the Cancellation Period, and Section 12.3 applies if the store does not provide the refund.
(c) YOUR RIGHT TO PLACE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD. IF YOU ARE A NEW YORK RESIDENT, YOU MAY PLACE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD FOR UP TO ONE (1) YEAR BY SENDING US WRITTEN NOTICE, BY MAIL OR EMAIL AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 17, STATING THAT YOU WANT TO PLACE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD AND THE PERIOD OF THE HOLD. During the hold, the benefits of your subscription are suspended, and when the hold ends we will restore the paid but unused portion of your subscription period that remained when the hold began. Because Apple and Google control billing, a hold placed with us does not stop store renewals by itself; to avoid being charged during the hold, also turn off automatic renewal in your store account.
(d) Copy of these terms. You may request a copy of these Billing Terms by email at support@secondinnings.app or by mail to Second Innings, Inc., Attn: Terms Inquiries, 9206 Sunshine Pl, Downey, CA 90240, USA.
(e) Your information. How your information is used and how you may access it is described in our Privacy Policy.
16.3 Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin
(a) YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL. IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF ANY OF THESE STATES, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE ON WHICH YOU SUBSCRIBED. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THAT PERIOD, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT SUBSCRIPTION.
(b) DEATH. IF YOU DIE BEFORE THE END OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR ESTATE IS ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THAT PORTION OF ANY PAYMENT YOU MADE FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION THAT IS ALLOCABLE TO THE PERIOD AFTER YOUR DEATH. To request it, your estate's representative should send us notice as described in Section 17, with reasonable documentation of death (such as a death certificate) and proof of authority to act on behalf of the estate.
(c) DISABILITY. IF YOU BECOME DISABLED, SUCH THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO USE THE SERVICES, BEFORE THE END OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THAT PORTION OF ANY PAYMENT YOU MADE FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION THAT IS ALLOCABLE TO THE PERIOD AFTER YOUR DISABILITY. To request it, send us notice as described in Section 17. We may ask for reasonable documentation of the disability and its date, to the extent permitted by law.
(d) How to exercise these rights. To cancel within the 3-business-day period, cancel in your store account (Section 5.1), request your refund from the store (Section 12.2), and, if you wish, send us written notice as described in Section 17, signed and dated, stating that you are canceling, or words of similar effect. For refunds after death or disability, send notice to us as described above; Section 12.3 applies if the store does not provide a refund that the law requires.
(e) Business day. For this Section and Section 16.2, a "business day" is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holiday.
16.4 Other US states
Residents of other states may have rights under state automatic renewal, dating service, or consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Billing Terms limits any right that cannot be waived under the law of your state.
16.5 Germany
If you reside in Germany, after your subscription has renewed beyond its initial term, you may terminate it at any time with a notice period of one (1) month. You may give notice by turning off automatic renewal in your store account or by sending notice to us as described in Section 17. If you have prepaid for a period that ends after your termination takes effect, you are entitled to a refund of the amount allocable to the period after termination, which will be handled as described in Sections 12.2 and 12.3. Your right to terminate for good cause (aus wichtigem Grund) is not affected.
16.6 European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom
(a) Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen (14) days after the day the contract is concluded (for a subscription, the day you subscribed).
(b) How to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or an email) as described in Section 17. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires. If you bought through Apple or Google, you can also exercise your right through the store's refund or withdrawal process.
(c) Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, you will be reimbursed all payments received for the purchase without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days after the day your withdrawal notice is received. For store purchases, the reimbursement is made by the store to your original payment method, and Section 12.3 applies if it is not. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
(d) EXPRESS CONSENT AND LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. IF, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY REQUEST THAT WE BEGIN SUPPLYING DIGITAL CONTENT OR THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY, DURING THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: (i) FOR DIGITAL CONTENT AND ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED AT ONCE (SUCH AS CONSUMABLES, VIRTUAL ITEMS, AND CREDITS), YOU LOSE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WHEN SUPPLY BEGINS; AND (ii) FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND OTHER SERVICES, YOU LOSE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN FULLY PERFORMED, AND IF YOU WITHDRAW BEFORE THEN, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN AMOUNT PROPORTIONATE TO WHAT WAS PROVIDED UNTIL YOU INFORMED US OF YOUR WITHDRAWAL, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
(e) Model withdrawal form. (Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

17.1 Where to send it. You may send a cancellation, hold, withdrawal, or refund notice to us:

18. CHANGES TO THESE BILLING TERMS
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time as described in Section 28 of the Terms. Changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for. If we make a material change to the automatic renewal terms of your existing subscription, we will give you any notice and obtain any consent that applicable law requires before the change applies to you.
