Child Safety Standards
Our Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Second Innings is committed to protecting user safety and has zero tolerance any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) on the platform. Our platform is built for adults 18+ and we work hard to make sure it is never used to harm or endanger children.
We do not allow any content or activity that promotes, depicts, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children, including but not limited to images, messages, videos, or user profiles.

On Second Innings, it is strictly forbidden to:
Share or upload child sexual abuse material (sometimes called “CSAM”)
Use the platform to contact, groom, or exploit anyone under 18 years of age
Pretend to be a minor in order to interact with children
Use the platform to promote or organize trafficking, exploitation, or abuse
Any user who engages in such conduct will be permanently banned and reported to the proper authorities.

Our policies and protocols include:
- Age Restrictions
- You must be 18 or older to use Second Innings. Any attempt to register with a date of birth indicating an age under 18 results in automatic denial of access.
- Multilayered Review
- We use automated tools and manual moderation to detect and remove content that is harmful or violates our CSAE policy.
- Mandatory Reporting
- We comply with all applicable laws regarding CSAE, including the prompt reporting of any suspected CSAE-related activity to appropriate authorities or organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
If anyone tries to use Second Innings for child exploitation, their content will be removed, their account will be permanently banned, and we will report them to law enforcement and NCMEC, as required by law.
Users can report suspected abuse or policy violations via our in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support team at customercare@secondinnings.app. We will take immediate action. You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org.
We will continue improving our safety measures as technology and risks evolve. Protecting children is a shared responsibility, and we are dedicated to keeping Second Innings a safe and respectful space for adults.
